  • 2 tablespoons Natural red food coloring
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese (softened, for frosting)
  • 0.5 cup Powdered erythritol or monk fruit (for frosting)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened almond milk (for frosting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8-inch round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
