  • 0.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cups Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 large Egg white
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg white, water, and vanilla extract until the mixture is frothy but not stiff.

Step 3

Add the mixed nuts to the egg white mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Step 4

In a separate small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.

Step 5

Sprinkle the sugar and spice mixture over the coated nuts and toss until the nuts are completely coated with the sugar mixture.

Step 6

Spread the nuts out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even coating and crispiness.
