Step 1

Start by crumbling the Weetbix biscuits into a large mixing bowl. Break them down into a fine, crumbly texture using your hands.

Place the pitted Medjool dates in a food processor or blender and pulse until they form a sticky paste.

Add the date paste to the bowl with the crumbled Weetbix.
