  • 0.25 cups unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 cups panko breadcrumbs (certified gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil for brushing or spraying

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, pressed tofu, oat flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
