  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Water or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened and golden.
