  • 2 9-inch crusts Pre-made sugar-free pie crust
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into quarters. Wash and chop the rhubarb into 1/2-inch pieces.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, rhubarb, unsweetened applesauce, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Mix thoroughly to coat the fruit evenly.
