  • 1.5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Besan (gram flour)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp (or to taste) Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp (for greasing and shallow frying) Oil

Step 1

Place the mutton mince in a large mixing bowl.

Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the bowl.

Mix in the chopped coriander and mint leaves for freshness and aroma.
