  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

  • 300 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 50 grams Sesame seeds
  • 1 large Egg white

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, olive oil, and honey. Stir until the honey dissolves completely.

Sprinkle the active dry yeast over the liquid mixture. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.

Add the whole wheat flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms.
