  • 200 grams All-purpose flour
  • 7 grams Active dry yeast

  • 30 milliliters Olive oil
  • 10 grams Salt
  • 50 grams Sesame seeds
  • 1 large Egg
  • 15 milliliters Water for egg wash

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour.

In another small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water (about 110°F/45°C) and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
