Ingredients

  • 15 oz Canned chickpeas
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 0.25 cup Parsley

  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Oat flour
  • 2 tbsp Water

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly and place them in a food processor.

Add chopped onion, parsley, garlic cloves, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the processor with the chickpeas.

Pulse the mixture until it reaches a coarse texture. Be careful not to over-process; the mixture should not become a paste.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add oat flour and water. Stir well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
