  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 50 milliliters Water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the green beans thoroughly and trim the ends.

Slice the red bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and stem, and cut into thin strips.

Step 3

Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
