Ingredients

  • 400 grams All-purpose flour
  • 7 grams Instant yeast
  • 240 milliliters Warm water
  • 8 grams Baking powder
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 30 milliliters Vegetable oil
  • 500 grams Pork shoulder, cubed
  • 60 milliliters Soy sauce, low sodium
  • 15 grams Garlic, minced
  • 10 grams Ginger, grated
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 15 milliliters Sesame oil
  • 5 grams Black pepper
  • 100 grams Cabbage, finely chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Add warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix to form a dough and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Step 3

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

While the dough is rising, prepare the roast pork filling. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until transparent, about 5 minutes.
