Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Green cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the cabbage into shreds and set aside.

Step 2

Peel and julienne the carrots. Seed and thinly slice the red bell pepper.

Step 3

Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.

Step 4

Chop the green onions finely and set aside for garnish.

Step 5

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan; stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
