Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 medium Ripe banana
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 for greasing Cooking spray or coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Place the rolled oats in a blender or food processor and pulse until they form a fine oat flour.

Step 2

Add the ripe banana, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the blender with the oat flour.

Step 3

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
