Ingredients

  • 150 grams Almond flour
  • 85 grams Unsalted butter
  • 50 grams Granulated erythritol
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 150 grams Shelled unsalted pistachios
  • 250 grams Mascarpone cheese
  • 150 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Stevia powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 large Egg yolk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a bowl, combine almond flour, granulated erythritol, and a pinch of salt.

Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan or microwave.

Add the melted butter to the almond flour mixture and mix until the dough comes together.
