Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Whole wheat flour

  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup Chopped pistachios for topping

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners, or lightly grease the muffin cups with non-stick spray.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, finely chopped pistachios, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
