Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 150 grams Baby Corn
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 2 large, pureed Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cream
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Clean and cut the baby corn into 1-2 inch pieces.

Step 2

Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 4

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 5

Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add green chilies and ginger garlic paste, sauté for 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and sauté for another minute.
