  • 50 grams Flaxseeds
  • 150 grams Rolled oats
  • 50 grams Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 500 milliliters Unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 grams Fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large dry skillet over medium heat, toast the rolled oats for about 3 minutes or until they start to turn golden and release a nutty aroma. Stir frequently to prevent burning.

Add the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to the skillet and continue to toast for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
