Ingredients

  • 300 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 10 grams Baking powder
  • 200 grams Unsalted butter
  • 50 grams Erythritol (granulated)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 150 grams Apricot jam (sugar-free)
  • 200 grams Hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • 150 grams Almonds, finely chopped
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 100 grams Erythritol (powdered)
  • 150 grams Dark chocolate (sugar-free)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 10x14-inch baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour and baking powder. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 3

Add granulated erythritol, eggs, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms, then press it evenly into the prepared baking tray.

Spread a thin layer of sugar-free apricot jam over the dough.

In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream and powdered erythritol. Heat over low until the erythritol has dissolved. Stir in chopped hazelnuts and almonds.
