  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter

  • 3 cups Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the baking soda, oats, cinnamon, and salt.
