Ingredients

  • 4 cups artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese

  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by draining and rinsing the artichoke hearts. Cut them into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in halves. Add to the bowl with the artichokes.
