  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 150 grams Grated cheese (such as Akkawi or Mozzarella)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.

Dissolve the instant yeast in the warm water and add to the flour mixture, followed by the olive oil.

Mix the ingredients together until they form a soft dough.
