  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup granulated erythritol

  • 0.75 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 0.75 cup granulated erythritol
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, 0.5 cup granulated erythritol, and lemon zest.

Melt the butter and add it to the almond flour mixture. Mix until well combined.

Press the almond flour mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form an even crust.
