  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raw almonds, chopped

  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup Dried unsweetened cranberries

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

In a separate bowl, mix together the unsweetened applesauce, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
