Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter and erythritol together using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
