Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup kimchi (without added sugar)

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and diced carrot to the pan, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the carrot softens.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs on the empty side. Scramble them until fully cooked.
