Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cups Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3

In another bowl, beat the eggs lightly and add apple cider vinegar. Mix until combined.

Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Slowly add the boiling water to the dough, stirring constantly. Continue mixing until the dough thickens as the psyllium husk absorbs the water.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a round bun. Place the buns on the prepared baking sheet.
