  • 250 grams ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, and cilantro.

Add the ground cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.
