  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 units wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Start by cutting the boneless chicken breast into roughly 1-inch cubes. Set aside in a mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined to create the marinade.
