  • 200 g Green cabbage
  • 200 g Red cabbage

  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 50 g Sliced almond
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing the kale leaves thoroughly under cold running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water.

Remove the tough stems from the kale leaves and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped kale in a large mixing bowl.
