  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Smoked bacon
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 400 grams Tomato passata
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 4

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
