Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 units Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 unit Celery stalk, chopped
  • 28 ounces Canned crushed tomatoes (no added sugar)
  • 3 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
