  • 1 cup quartered Brussels sprouts
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
