  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 6 cups, packed fresh spinach

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup, chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
