Ingredients

  • 200 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 7 grams Instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 250 milliliters Milk (warm)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 60 grams Butter
  • 100 grams Hazelnuts (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Stevia
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, whole wheat flour, instant yeast, and salt.

Step 2

Add the warm milk, egg, melted butter, stevia, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
