Ingredients

  • 2 large Avocados
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 small Jalapeño pepper (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl. Lightly mash the avocados with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the avocado.

Step 3

Finely dice the red onion and cucumber, and add them to the mixing bowl.

Step 4

Chop the cilantro leaves roughly and add them to the bowl along with the avocado mixture.
