Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Wash the green bell peppers thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cut each pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and lemon juice until well blended.
Brush the oil and spice mixture evenly over the outside and inside of the pepper halves.
Place the peppers skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and grill for about 8-10 minutes.
