  • 8 pieces small tortillas
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 piece avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the marinade. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Ensure the chicken is well coated, then cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for fuller flavor.
