Ingredients

  • 4 heads Baby bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Rinse the baby bok choy under cold water to remove any dirt. Slice each head in half lengthwise and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 3

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the garlic soy glaze.
