  • 2 tablespoons stevia sweetener
  • 100 grams almond meal
  • 30 grams slivered almonds
  • 1 from large egg egg white

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, beat together the butter and stevia until creamy.

Step 3

Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.

Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
