Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 5 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Brush the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
