  • 1 cup Sugar-free powdered sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract for frosting

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar substitute until creamy and fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and continue to mix until well combined.

In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
