  • 1 unit Egg white
  • 1 cup Olive oil (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered erythritol (optional, for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.

Step 2

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
