  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing the spinach and kale leaves thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or debris. Shake off excess water.

Peel the banana and break it into chunks for easier blending.

In a blender, combine the spinach leaves, kale leaves, banana chunks, and frozen pineapple chunks.

Add the unsweetened coconut water into the blender to help the ingredients combine smoothly.
