  • 400 milliliters Canned coconut milk, full fat
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
