  • 2 pounds Baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and scrub the baby potatoes, leaving the skin on. Place them in a large pot and cover with water. Bring the water to a boil and let the potatoes cook for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender enough to be easily pierced with a fork.
