  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons Stevia or preferred sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together melted butter and one egg. Add this to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
