  • 8 pieces Sugar-free graham crackers
  • 4 squares Sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 4 large pieces Sugar-free marshmallows

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if using the oven method. Alternatively, prepare a campfire or use a stovetop burner for roasting the marshmallows.

Step 2

Place four sugar-free graham crackers on a baking sheet if using an oven, or on a safe surface if using a stovetop.

Step 3

Place one square of sugar-free dark chocolate on each graham cracker.

Step 4

Toast the sugar-free marshmallows: If using a campfire, carefully skewer the marshmallows on a long stick and rotate over the flames until golden and gooey. If using a stovetop, lower the heat and hover the marshmallow over the flame, rotating occasionally. For the oven method, place the marshmallows on a baking tray and toast them for 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.

Step 5

Once the marshmallows are toasted, immediately place one marshmallow on top of the chocolate square on each graham cracker.

Step 6

Top each with another graham cracker and gently press down to sandwich the marshmallow and chocolate.
