Directions

Step 1

Prepare a 9-inch square baking pan by lining it with parchment paper, ensuring there is enough overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

In a heatproof bowl, combine the sugar-free dark chocolate and coconut oil. Set the bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Remove the bowl from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool slightly but not set.
