Ingredients

  • 6 cups rice cereal
  • 10 ounces sugar-free marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the unsalted butter until completely liquefied.

Add the sugar-free marshmallows to the melted butter. Stir continuously with a spatula until the marshmallows are fully melted and smooth.
